SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: $5.95 (7-15 business days)
  • Express Shipping: $15.00 (3-7 business days)

International Shipping: We ship to over 28 countries worldwide including Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, and throughout Europe and Asia.

  • Standard International: $9.95 (10-20 business days)
  • Express International: $15.95 (5-10 business days)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your package using the tracking link provided in the email.

Customs, Duties & Taxes Zentique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages Zentique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Restrictions We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
